Dr. Kendrick Carroll, DBA, is the President and CEO of BSI Solutions, Inc. and author of “SHATTERPROOF: The Art of Perseverance,”  

Dr. Carroll serves as a board of director member for several nonprofit and profitable organizations. He is also a global investor representative for the Ghana and India Trade Chamber on the continent of Africa. He retired from the U.S. Army after 10 years of active military service.  

Dr. Carroll is an expert in business innovation. His passion is pioneering the connection between business and technology with innovative solutions within–but not limited to–artificial intelligence, extended reality, blockchain and quantum computing, just to name a few.  

He holds four degrees: Associate of Science in Computer Applications, Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in strategy and innovation.  

Carroll has an undeniable passion for empowering youth for future growth. Under his leadership, BSI Solutions, Inc., has created the first 100 percent student-focused program to provide career-bound students with full-time career opportunities upon graduation. 

For his exceptional leadership and service, Dr. Carroll has received countless awards and accolades, such as being selected as one of Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2020.  

Outside of all the hustle and bustle it takes to run a successful company Dr. Carroll enjoys spending time with his family, paintball and going to the gym.
